La’Keshia Frett, a Lady Dog from 1994-1997, returns to the program as an assistant coach.

During her time at Georgia, Frett played in the national title game, two Final Fours, and won two SEC titles. She was the 1993 National Prep Player of the Year out of Hampton, Va. and was named all-SEC in each of her four seasons at Georgia. She currently plays for the New York Liberty of the WNBA.
