Unfortunately, Sherill Baker and Alexis Kendrick won’t be playing in this weekend’s Final Four. But they will still have a lot of business to take care of in Boston this weekend as their sights turn to their professional careers. The WNBA draft will take place on April 5th, and there will be several chances for prospective draftees to show their stuff. Baker and Kendrick have already been invited to participate in Saturday’s WBCA All-Star Challenge. Only 17 Division 1 seniors were invited to participate.

Baker and Kendrick have also been invited to participate in the WNBA’s pre-draft camp on Monday. Only 42 draft-eligible women were selected for this camp, so it’s a great opportunity for an individual to impress the scouts.
