Darrah has wrist surgery

Sophmore forward Megan Darrah recently had an arthroscopic procedure on her right wrist to correct a nagging injury.

“It’s something that¹s been ongoing and causing persistent pain her right wrist for most of the year,” head coach Andy Landers said. “We were hopeful that it would cure itself, but it just didn’t. It was time to get something done. Megan should be commended that she was able to sustain such a high level of play during the season, but it was time to get some relief from that pain. Early indications are that it went well, and hopefully she’ll have a full and speedy recover.”
