Snow? Bah! Even if we get any, it’s not going to stick to the roads. So…basically…there’s no acceptable excuse for you to not come on out to Stegeman Coliseum tomorrow afternoon for the Lady Bulldogs’ regular-season finale. Especially when it’s against those Lady Gators from down in Gainesville. A win tomorrow by the Lady Dawgs would square their SEC record at 7-7 and it could provide a huge morale boost heading into the SEC Tournament. This is serious stuff, Fastbreakers. I’m telling you…the NCAA is looking for any excuse to include Georgia in the field for The Big Dance. Win tomorrow and then turn some heads at the SEC Tourney? It. CAN. Happen.

Above and beyond the game between the lines, however, it’s also your opportunity to say goodbye to our lone senior player, Danielle Taylor. Danielle’s inspiring journey as a Lady Bulldog has seen her transform herself from the last player on the bench as a freshman to senior co-captain. She deserves a lengthy standing ovation. Be a part of it.

Remember, Fastbreakers…the Fastbreak Club Senior Day Social will take place immediately following the conclusion of the game. Fastbreak Club members should head for the door to the left of the Coliseum’s video scoreboard. A Fastbreak Club board member will be on hand to point you toward the Richard B. Taylor Room for all the festivities.

Georgia and Florida tip off at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon. CSS will be here televising the game regionally…while Jeff and Mack can be heard on your local Georgia Bulldog Radio Network affiliate station. (NOTE: Due to a scheduling conflict with UGA baseball, Athens-area fans can hear tomorrow’s game on Magic 102.1FM.) The Fastbreak Club weblog game recap and exclusive photos will be posted a little later than usual tomorrow because of the Senior Day Social…but they’ll be posted by bedtime.
