Tonight’s the night we tie a bow around this past season and “next year” tips off. It’s the night we say goodbye to our senior co-captain and, for a short while anyway, to each other. Most of all, however, it’s a night of fellowship, best wishes, and laughter. We look forward to seeing you tonight at the annual Fastbreak Club Awards Banquet. Our guest emcee for the evening is THE Lady Bulldog legend herself, Teresa Edwards. “Tee” is, no question about it, on the very short list of names that come up any time there’s a discussion about the greatest players in women’s basketball history. It’s going to be a night to remember.
